This past week I made my first ever bone broth from scratch. And it turned it perfectly and so delicious so I had to share the recipe, it’s easy and simple.
I texted my mother-in-law saying that I got to take home both turkey bones (and all the gross parts) so I could make bone broth. I asked her what to do and she replied with, “Throw all the scraps in a pot with water, big chunks of carrots celery onions with the skins salt pepper 2 bay leaves and a bunch of parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer an hour or so. Strain and squish as much juice as possible from the meat and veggies. Voilé! Broth!”

And it worked! It made so much broth it was unreal, I had to give some away and we’ve been eating soup nonstop!
Let me know when you make it, I promise it’s that easy!
