The Best and Easiest Homemade Granola

This granola recipe doesn’t last long in our house, it’s easy to make and absolutely delicious!

What You’ll Need

Large mixing bowl

Whisk

Wooden spoon

Parchment paper

Baking pan, preferably 9×13

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats

1-2 cups shredded coconut

2 cups nuts

2 cups dried fruit

3/4 cup neutral baking oil (melted coconut or avocado)

1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

Sea salt flakes (Jacobsen Salt Co is one of our faves)

Cinnamon

Diced chocolate car (optional)

How to Make

To make, preheat oven to 350* and begin by mixing all the dried ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk. Add in the oil and maple syrup, switch to using a wooden spoon to thoroughly mix everything together. Make sure all the dry ingredients are coated with the oil and maple syrup. Pour mixture into baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-40 minutes (depending on your oven), stir every 15 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before adding the diced chocolate bar, mix in well. Serving over the top of yogurt and top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
