We keep our kitchen pretty minimal, simple but necessary basics. There are things in my kitchen I continue to go back to recipe after recipes, they have become staples in my kitchen because I use them weekly, if not daily. Here is a round up of my kitchen faves and must haves.
- Large stockpot. I have two stainless steal ones, they are always in use whether I’m making chili, homemade broth, other soups and more.
- Espresso Machine. We use this daily for allll the espresso drinks and milk frothing needs. Here are my coffee recipes for inspo!
- Half Baked Harvest cookbook. This cookbook is stained and so well-loved.
- Dutch Oven. For all my sourdough necessities and other big one-pot recipes. And if you don’t want one that’s enameled, here’s another good option!
- Bench Scraper. I use this daily while making bread and most other recipes, makes clean up a lot easier!
- 2-4 cup Measuring Cup. I prefer glass measuring cups, but clear plastic ones are great too.
