It’s already the second month into the new year! I made it my goal to focus on the areas of sleep, cleanliness and making my home smell good and I’m honestly off to a great start! So far we have been going to bed earlier and eating in ways that support better sleep, I have decluttered most of my home, if you aren’t following me on Instagram head over there because I am about to start an entire series on how to simplify your home.
