It’s an easy at-home recipe, all you need is 1-2 shots espresso, dollop of honey, lavender syrup (homemade or store bought) and your choice of milk.

What You’ll Need
Whole coffee or espresso beans
Dollop of honey, we prefer local raw honey
Lavender syrup, homemade or store bought; the amount is a personal preference. Here’s the one we love off Amazon.
Your choice of milk, we generally use raw milk
How to Make a Honey Lavender Latte
Step One: Grind the beans and pour 1-2 shots (1-2 oz) of espresso into mug or glass



Step Two: Add the dollop of honey and lavender syrup, stir well until combine


Step Three: Add a few ice cubes to the mixture and top it off with as much milk as you’d like!


That’s it! And if you choose to make it hot, instead of adding ice cubes in step three, you will steam the milk and pour on top of espresso mixture.
