If you have my homemade spaghetti sauce recipe made, this is a simple meal to turn an easy sauce into a completely different recipe. You can use homemade broth or store-bought and pair it with an everyday sourdough loaf.

What You Will Need
large stockpot
spatula/wooden spoon
4 cup measuring cup
Ingredients
32 oz spaghetti sauce, homemade or store-bought
4 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese + 1/2 cup for serving
fresh basil, for serving
cooked lasagna noodles

How to Make
Step One: Put spaghetti sauce, chicken stock plus 1 cup of water in the large stockpot
Step Two: Heat and bring almost to a boil, turn down heat and let simmer for 5 minutes up to 3 hours, scrape the bottom of stockpot every once and while
Step Three: While the sauce and other liquid is heating up, make the lasagna noodles in a separate pot



Step Four: Add the 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese to sauce in the stockpot
Step Five: Serve by putting lasagna noodles in a bowl, pour or ladle spaghetti sauce stock over noodles, top with more cheese and basil if desired. Enjoy!
